The experiences of the professional trainings based on distance learning, developed in the previous years raised to develop training materials for the professional training of the high-school qualifications in the LENARDO da VINCI framework. The aim is to develop and update ‘OKJ’ (National Training Register) trainings; support the qualification at the workplace and adult’s qualification. In this field there is a big difference compared with the former traditions, in the field of the qualification of the target group. In an other way, the market is wider because of the high-schools. In the presentation we would like to introduce the solution for this task in the framework of TEMPUS SDiLA (Staff Development in Land Administration) and LEONARDO LIME (Land Information Management for Executives) projects.

Specifying the tasks

At the beginning of the projects the components, which realizations results the environment of the course, must be outlined. These components are:

In the presentation we would like to make an overview of these and dealing with the knowledge base in details.

KNOWLEDGE BASE

A lot of articles, presentations are dealing with these problem in the present days, and the concept is explained in different ways. For example, if you go to the Microsoft web site, you going to find a web page named Knowledge base (even in Hungarian). Here you can search for the articles about the products stored by methods and among own web pages using keywords. This knowledge base is based on a search-engine.

In an other opinion you should make a search-engine, which looks for accessible web pages- limited most times- with the keywords and the respond is a list of addresses.

When we say Knowledge base we mean a real and virtual library on the Internet, where the information is arranged by meta-datas and can be questioned by keywords. The knowledge base can be general and professional. For our tasks the professional one fits in more.
