The first part of the lecture summarizes the professional objectives of the Academy and presents the organizational structure and operation of this emphatically practice-oriented educational system which is based on the electronic media and network infrastructure. The second part analyses the experiences gained so far in the process of training in Hungary. Special emphasis is given to the Internet-based educational technology which opens perspectives and offers several new possibilities for supporting the activity of both educators and students even in its present state.
