Using new infocommunication technologies in higher education

Community Creating Technologies are playing an inseparable role through the human evolution. Nowadays due to the Internet-based technologies, the new technical solutions do not respond to aims of any kind of part of societies. The development is faster than arising user’s needs, so society have to prepare oneself to face with new solutions of infocommunication industry.

This paper gives some aspects to evaluate and analyse present and give a vision about the near future focusing at applicatons in higher education.
