Security problems of digital signature usage

The passing of the law about digital signature in Hungary is a milestone in the life of information society. This law mainly deals with the juristic side and does not deal with security problems. Unfortunately, in the practice there are some well-known devices and using them for digital signature causes serious security problems. The welfare of every digital signer, digital sign checker requires the decreasing of the security holes and during the system installations do not make new ones. During the presentation of this paper I would like to present some security problems and samples related to the usage of digital signature.
